Good (may have any of the following)
Body Color
Expect laptop surfaces to show signs of faded body color, heavy scratches, and scuffing. It is common for laptop surfaces to develop heavy scratches and scuffing with extensive use.
Body Shape
Some laptops might display significant dents or bends on the edges or corners of the device, but please note that this does not apply to all laptops in good condition.
Screen/LCD
There is a possibility of small white spots or dead pixels on the screen/LCD. In a few cases, screens may also show prominent keyboard marks.
Keyboard/Trackpad
Signs of heavier use may be evident on the keyboard or trackpad, including pronounced scuffing, smudged key legends, palm marks on the upper cover, or scuffing on the trackpad.
Battery
Our priority is to maintain battery health at or above 60%. However, we cannot determine its longevity as we do not conduct battery stress tests in these cases.
Audio/Webcam
There may be situations where audio quality is compromised, resulting in a fuzzy output from the speakers. In the other few cases, the camera lenses may sometimes cause images from the webcam to appear fuzzy.

Body Color
In certain cases, the laptop device may exhibit minor scratch marks or paint scuffing.
Body Shape
In a few cases, the device's corners or edges might demonstrate small dents or scuffing.
Screen/LCD
There might be barely noticeable marks on the screen as a result of usage or contact with the keyboard in some cases.
Keyboard/Trackpad
The Keyboard or the trackpad may show almost imperceptible evidence of previous use, such as minor marks or extremely light scuffing.
Battery
We make sure the battery health is above 70% and that it can last for at least 1 hour during our demanding battery stress test (which corresponds to approximately 3-4 hours of regular use in real-life scenarios)
Audio/Webcam
Before shipping the device, we thoroughly test the device speakers and cameras for over 12 hours to ensure their quality and performance.

Screen/LCD
The screen retains its pristine condition as per the original installation by the manufacturer, exhibiting no signs of wear or tear. In the event it fails to meet this criteria, we will provide a replacement comprising of a brand new OEM manufactured LCD assembly.
Keyboard/Trackpad
There are hardly any indications of use on the keyboard and trackpad.
Battery
We ensure that the battery health exceeds 85% and has a battery life of at least 2 hours during our rigorous battery stress test (translates to over 4-5 hours in regular real-world use). If these criteria are not met, we will promptly replace the battery with a brand new OEM issued one.
Audio/Webcam
Through meticulous testing, we can guarantee that they remain in their ideal state as they were manufactured.
